在事业单位的发展过程中，政工工作所表现出的作用越发突出，对于事业单位发展具有显著的促进作用。因此，如何在新的发展时期，更好的开展政工工作，是事业单位应当考虑的重要问题。在这种形势下，若事业单位仍然沿用过去的方法去开展政工工作，那么毫无疑问会影响政工工作的效率，对事业单位的良性发展也极为不利。政工工作的效率和质量对事业单位的稳定发展有着直接的影响，为此，本文从当前政工工作中存在的问题出发，重点分析了政工工作对事业单位的推动作用，希望为解决这些问题提供一些思路，也更好的促进事业单位发展与进步。
