目的 观察研究Fas/FasL在干燥综合征 (SS)唇腺组织中的表达和定位。方法 用免疫组织化学的方法对 4 0例SS患者和 8名正常人唇腺组织中Fas/FasL表达进行描述和组织细胞定位。结果 Fas/FasL在SS患者唇腺组织细胞和导管上皮内大量表达 ,与正常对照比较有高度显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。浸润的淋巴细胞内很少表达Fas/FasL。浸润淋巴细胞灶多少与腺胞、导管上皮Fas/FasL表达率无关。结论 Fas/FasL在SS唇腺腺胞及导管上皮细胞内的异常表达可能是SS患者唾液腺破坏的一个重要机制
Objective To observe the expression and localization of Fas / FasL in labial gland tissues of Sjogren ’s syndrome (SS). Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to characterize the expression of Fas / FasL in 40 cases of SS patients and 8 normal human oral glandular tissues. Results Fas / FasL was highly expressed in the labial glandular cells and ductal epithelium of SS patients, which was significantly different from the normal controls (P <0.01). Infiltrating lymphocytes rarely express Fas / FasL. The number of infiltrating lymphocytes and gland cells, ductal epithelium Fas / FasL expression rate has nothing to do. Conclusion The abnormal expression of Fas / FasL in the SS glandular adenoid and ductal epithelial cells may be an important mechanism of salivary gland destruction in SS patients
