目的:制备痤疮消炎洗剂,建立测定该制剂高效液相色谱指纹图谱的方法,用于控制该制剂的质量。方法:采用HPLC梯度洗脱法测定痤疮消炎洗剂的指纹图谱,色谱柱为Waters XTerra MS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈为流动相A,0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相B,流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长:277 nm,柱温:30℃。结果:标示出痤疮消炎洗剂中16个共有峰,并确证3个已知峰为黄芩苷、蒙花苷和大黄酸。结论:该法建立的痤疮消炎洗剂的H PLC指纹图谱重复性好,色谱峰信息量大,为全面控制该制剂的质量提供了可靠的方法。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare acne anti-inflammatory lotion and establish a method for the determination of HPLC fingerprints of the preparation for controlling the quality of the preparation. Methods: The fingerprints of acne anti-inflammatory lotion were determined by HPLC gradient elution. The chromatographic column was Waters XTerra MS C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase A was acetonitrile, the mobile phase B was 0.2% Flow rate: 1.0 ml · min ~ (-1), detection wavelength: 277 nm, column temperature: 30 ℃. Results: 16 common peaks in acne anti-inflammatory lotion were identified and confirmed that the three known peaks were baicalin, marshmallow and rhein. Conclusion: The H PLC fingerprint of acne anti-inflammatory lotion established by this method has good repeatability and large amount of chromatographic peak information, which provides a reliable method for the overall control of the quality of the preparation.
