学校安全教育、安全宣传和安全管理工作日益得到全社会的重视和普遍关注,学校承担的安全教育和管理职责越来越受到社会的重视和监督。从事学校安保工作的几年实践中,亲身体验到失败的教训和一些成功经验。以学校管理层的角度,从“明确安全责任、强化安全意识、落实安全培训、制定安全制度、狠抓安全检查”等方面谈谈如何加强改进学校的安全管理。 School safety education, safety promotion and safety management are gaining the attention of the whole society and their widespread concern. The safety education and management responsibilities undertaken by schools are increasingly being valued and supervised by the community. In the few years of practice in school security work, I have personally experienced the lesson of failure and some successful experiences. From the point of view of the school management, how to improve the safety management of schools should be improved from such aspects as clarifying safety responsibilities, strengthening safety awareness, implementing safety training, establishing a safety system and paying close attention to safety inspection.
