本实验对三个越南茶树新品种的叶片解剖结构特点进行了研究分析,观测了茶树叶片第一叶、第二叶、第三叶的叶片厚度、上表皮厚度、棚栏组织厚度和腺鳞(多毛)密度。结果表明:抗旱最好的茶树品种是Kim Tuyen,其次是PH10,最后是PH8;品种抗旱性与叶片厚度、上表皮厚度、棚栏组织厚度呈显著正相关,特别是与叶片厚度呈极显著正相关(r=0,8142**,P<0,01)。初步结论:PH10、Kim Tuyen品种适制绿茶和乌龙茶;PH8品种造制绿茶。
In this experiment, the leaf anatomical characteristics of three new varieties of tea tree were studied and analyzed. The leaf thickness, the thickness of epidermis, the thickness of scaffold tissue and the glandular scale of the first leaf, the second leaf and the third leaf of tea plant were observed.
