一、前言炼油厂原油蒸馏塔其塔顶腐蚀问题由来已久。为此,对其防护措施引起人们的极大关注。共腐蚀主要是原油中的杂质—氯化物、硫化物在加热炉内分解,产生氯化氢、硫化氢,它们遇到顶部水蒸汽,就以塔顶冷凝区为中心,产生激烈的腐蚀。加之目前原油强制开采,使用的剂也对腐蚀产生影响,其中注入CO_2法,残留的CO_2就是这种情况。本文对原油蒸馏系统的盐酸腐蚀,CO_2腐蚀及防护措施,简略说明。
