目的:研究活血丹的化学成分。方法:活血丹的干燥全草经95%乙醇提取后,提取物依次用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取。乙酸乙酯部分采用硅胶柱层析、Sephadex LH-20柱、ODS柱色谱、制备型高效液相色谱等多种色谱技术分离纯化,并通过波谱数据和理化性质鉴定所得化合物的化学结构。结果:从活血丹中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为:芹菜素-7-O-葡萄糖苷(1)、芫花素(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、4-hydroxy-2-methyl-phenyl-acetonitrile(4)、刺槐素(5)、银桦酸(6)、咖啡酸(7)、阿魏酸(8)、芹菜素(9)、槲皮素(10)、5-羟甲基糠醛(11)、绿原酸(12)、芒柄花素(13)。结论:其中,化合物4、6、11~13为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Huoxue Dan. Methods: The dried whole blood was extracted with 95% ethanol and extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The ethyl acetate fraction was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column, ODS column chromatography, preparative HPLC and other chromatographic techniques. The chemical structures of the obtained compounds were identified by spectral data and physico-chemical properties. Results: Thirteen compounds were isolated from Huoxue Dan and identified as follows: apigenin-7-O-glucoside (1), genkwanin (2), oleanolic acid (5), silver betulinic acid (6), caffeic acid (7), ferulic acid (8), apigenin (9), quercetin (10), 5- Hydroxymethylfurfural (11), Chlorogenic acid (12), Mandelate (13). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 4, 6 and 11 ~ 13 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
