河北省资源丰富,是一个矿业大省,仅煤、铁、金等矿山就有1.4万多座,同广大农村形成犬牙交错的格局。厂矿企业的发展需要依托农村,而农村脱贫致富需要厂矿企业的支持。因此,正确处理好厂矿和农村之间的工农关系,在我省是一个相当突出的问题。从总体上讲,这些年来厂矿和农村的工农关系状况是好的,但在加快市场经济发展的新形势下,工农关系也出现了一些值得注意的新情况和新问题。这些问题如不加以妥善解决,不仅直接损害着工农双方的利益,而且给政治安定和社会稳定造成不利影响。 Hebei Province is rich in resources and is a large mining province. The development of factories and mines needs relying on the rural areas, and poverty alleviation in rural areas needs the support of factories and mines. Generally speaking, the relations between workers and peasants in factories and mines and in rural areas have been good throughout the years. However, under the new situation of accelerating the development of market economy, there are also some new and remarkable issues that have notably been noticed. If not properly solved, these problems not only directly damage the interests of both workers and peasants, but also adversely affect political stability and social stability.
