提出了一种区域化照明对细小目标的成像探测方法.理论上分析了区域化照明下细小目标信噪比相对相同总功率条件下均匀照明的提高倍数.给出了最优的区域化照明结构和区域化照明可以提高细小目标信噪比的条件.利用部分反射平面镜和全反平面镜实现了正方形网格状的区域化照明,给出了该方法实现区域化照明的理论计算.用 CCD 探测器获取了均匀照明和线状照明条件下的线状目标图像.初步实验的分析结果表明实验结果和理论计算符合,区域化照明可以提高细小目标的信噪比.
This paper proposes a method of imaging detection of small targets by using regional illumination.The theoretical analysis of the enhancement factor of uniform illumination under the condition that the SNR of small target is relatively uniform under the regionalized illumination is given.The optimal illumination structure of regionalization And regionalized illumination can improve the signal-to-noise ratio of small target.The square grid-shaped area illumination is realized by partially reflecting plane mirror and all-anti-plane mirror.The theoretical calculation of this method for realizing regional illumination is given.Using CCD detector The linear target images under uniform illumination and linear illumination were obtained.The results of the preliminary experiments show that the experimental results are consistent with the theoretical calculations and the regional illumination can improve the signal to noise ratio of small targets.
