由gmp·冯·格康,玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所设计的北京嘉铭东枫产业园项目正式落成。项目由嘉铭集团直接委托gmp设计。新建成的办公楼组团由三座独立的体块构成,整个项目通过了LEED铂金级认证。嘉铭东枫产业园办公空间可以进行灵活分隔,实现了自给自足、高效节能的功能组织原则。位于北京东北四环798艺术区附近,由gmp·冯·格康,玛格及合伙人建筑师事务所设计的嘉铭东枫产业园于日前正式落成。这是继嘉铭中心后,由gmp为嘉铭投资有限公司设计建成的第二个项目,同样实现
The project of Beijing Jiaming Dongfeng Industrial Park, designed by gmp von Gerkan, Marg and Partner Architects, was officially completed. Jiaming Group project directly commissioned gmp design. The new office building consists of three separate blocks, and the entire project has passed the LEED Platinum certification. Jiaming Dongfeng Industrial Park office space can be flexible separation, to achieve self-sufficiency, energy-efficient functional organization principles. Located near the 4th Ring Road 798 Art District in Beijing, Jiaming Dongfeng Industrial Park, designed by gmp von Gerkan, Marg and Partners Architects, was recently officially completed. This is the second project designed and constructed by gmp for Jiaming Investment Co., Ltd.
