目的:分析数字X线摄影系统(DR)可能产生的职业病危害因素,评价DR机房的防护屏蔽设计方案。方法:采用辐射防护屏蔽计算法和综合分析法进行定性和定量评价。结果:该DR机房建设项目选址、总体布局、放射防护设计、设备使用过程中产生的职业病危害,经过计算和分析,符合国家放射防护相关标准规定要求。结论:该建设项目在使用过程中产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,在严格执行放射防护相关标准和建议后,该DR机房建设项目是可行的。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the occupational hazards that may occur in digital radiography (DR) and evaluate the protective shield design of DR computer room. Methods: Radiation protection shield calculation method and comprehensive analysis of qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Results: The site occupancy, overall layout, radiation protection design and occupational hazards in DR plant construction project were calculated and analyzed in line with the requirements of national radiological protection standards. Conclusion: The hazard of occupational diseases caused by this construction project can be prevented. After strict implementation of the relevant standards and recommendations on radiation protection, this DR plant construction project is feasible.
