全面贯彻落实《贵州省中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2011-2020年)》,积极为推进我省“双语”教育的科学发展献计出力,是匹夫之责。笔者通过调研,深感我省民—汉双语教育领域存在的省情未厘清、概念不规范、认识不到位、政策不稳定等问题,影响了少数民族教育事业的健康发展。
It is the responsibility of all to comprehensively implement the “Outline for the Reform and Development of Middle and Long-term Education in Guizhou Province (2011-2020)” and actively contribute to the scientific development of “bilingual education” in our province. Through the research, the author deeply felt the problems such as the unclear feelings of the province people, the non-standardization of concepts, the lack of recognition and the instability of policies in the field of bilingual education in our province affected the healthy development of ethnic minority education.
