在批林批孔运动的推动下,我厂金工车间广大职工,坚持“鞍钢宪法”,大搞技术革新,在制造广西西津三号机组的战斗中,利用旋风切削,加工导叶轴颈获得成功,质量符合要求,工效提高四倍,从而解决了加工导叶轴颈存在的椭圆度大的难题。我厂生产的六万瓩低水头水轮机,其导叶长为4610毫米,宽为1040毫米,单重达2680公斤(见图1)。在生产第一台机组时,我们采用架中心架,加配重的方法来加工导叶轴颈
