我科在1980年3月～1982年8月遇到耳鼻喉和口腔部乳头状瘤并经手术摘除后复发5例(全部经病理证实),局部应用鸦胆子油涂4～6次而治愈,现报道如下: 例1 文××,男,24岁,住院号214,321。因挖耳后左耳痛,流水,并有阻塞感1个多月,于1980年3月24日入院,检查发现左外耳道完全被肿物堵塞,表面有渗液。追问病史,左耳5年前曾患中耳炎,经治疗后好转。入院后于3月26日在局麻下摘除肿物送病
Our department met with otolaryngology and oral cavity papilloma from March 1980 to August 1982 and relapsed after surgical removal in 5 cases (all confirmed by pathology) and was cured with local application of brucea oil 4 to 6 times.
