应用同位素示踪方法,研究春小麦对Se的吸收以及不同施用方法对Se在植株中积累、分配的影响。试验结果表明,施用方法对Se在植株中的分配,尤其是Se在籽粒中的积累,有很大影响。土施方法与叶面喷施相比,能更好地提高春小麦籽粒中Se的含量。
The application of isotope tracer method to study the absorption of Se in spring wheat and the effects of different application methods on the accumulation and distribution of Se in plants. The experimental results show that the application method has a great influence on the distribution of Se in the plant, especially the accumulation of Se in the grain. Compared with the foliar application, soil application method can better improve the content of Se in spring wheat grain.
