建立了由亲水性离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸[Bmim]BF4和NaH2PO4形成的双水相体系萃取青霉素G的新方法.考察了NaH2PO4浓度、青霉素浓度以及离子液体用量对双水相形成和萃取率的影响.结果表明,离子液体双水相体系的pH值在4~5范围内,在该条件下萃取过程不发生乳化现象.
A new aqueous extraction of penicillin G from aqueous two-phase system consisting of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate [Bmim] BF4 and NaH2PO4 was established. The effects of NaH2PO4 concentration, penicillin concentration and ionic liquid The results showed that the pH value of ionic liquid aqueous two-phase system was in the range of 4 ~ 5, and the emulsification did not occur during the extraction.
