本文论述了采用水热法合成六棱柱型微纳米氧化锌的具体过程,并从实验温度、实验时长和表面活性剂方面研究其对微纳米氧化锌粒径的影响。实验研究表明,当反应温度位于150℃,反应时长为14 h时,反应条件最优;使用山梨酸、对氨基苯甲酸和对氨基苯磺酸分别作为表面活性剂均可得到六棱柱型微纳米氧化锌,且产品均为六方晶系氧化锌。
This paper discusses the hydrothermal synthesis of hexagonal prism micro-nano zinc oxide process, and from the experimental temperature, the experimental duration and surfactant aspects of the micro-nano zinc oxide particle size. Experimental results show that when the reaction temperature is at 150 ℃, the reaction time is 14 h, the reaction conditions are optimal. Using sorbic acid, p-aminobenzoic acid and p-aminobenzenesulfonic acid as surfactants respectively, hexagonal prism micro-nano Zinc oxide, and the products are hexagonal zinc oxide.
