一、工程概况故县水库工程位于黄河支流洛河上的洛宁县境内,控制流域面积5370平方公里,主要任务是防洪、灌溉、发电。工程设计标准按千年洪水设计,万年洪水校核。最大坝高121米,坝长315米,库容12亿立米。混凝土重力坝,共分21坝段。右岸11~#~16~#坝段设有5孔13.5×15.6米开敞式溢洪道;10~#坝段设有2孔3.5×4.5米泄洪排沙底孔;左岸7~#~9~#坝段为电站引水管和厂房。右岸设有断面9×10米施工导流洞一条。工程于1979年开工兴建,1980年10月截流。原设计1981年渡汛采用过水围堰方案。当来水高于库水位463.0米时,围堰过水,淹没基坑,暂停施工。洪水过后,抽出基坑积水,再行施工。过水围堰只运用一个汛期。后因工期改变,上游围堰先后在1981年9月7日,1982年8月1日,1983年8月1日和10月5日共四次过水;过堰水深由2.8米至3.5米;过堰流量940~1300秒立米,总共过水147个小时,过水情况良好。
I. Project Overview The Guxian Reservoir Project is located in Luoning County, on the Luohe River, a tributary of the Yellow River.
