用透射电镜研究了Ti_3Al-19Nb合金在不同热处理状态下的组织结构及其变化规律。从β相区冷却后,随冷却速度不同可分别得到全部或主要为B2,B2+α_2或α_2相的组织。油淬样品在时效过程中α_2相晶粒及其反相畴尺寸均逐渐变大。
The microstructure and variation of Ti_3Al-19Nb alloy under different heat treatment conditions were investigated by transmission electron microscopy. After cooling from the β-phase zone, all or mainly B2, B2 + α_2 or α_2 phase structures can be obtained with different cooling rates. In the aging process, the size of α_2 phase grains and their reverse domain sizes gradually increase.
