细胞外基质成分Ⅳ型胶原、lam inin 和fibronectin 是微血管基膜的主要成分。10 例死于脑室内出血(Intraventricular hem orrhage,IVH)的早产儿和10 例死于非脑室内出血的早产儿,每例取侧脑室壁和脉络丛两份标本。用抗Ⅳ型胶原、lam inin 和fibronectin 抗体标记。侧脑室周围抗体的阳性产物多呈不连续线状。在IVH组中三种细胞外基质成分阳性产物的平均单位面积比非IVH组小(P< 001);IVH组的三种细胞外基质成分阳性产物呈不连续线状的微血管总数比非IVH 组多(P< 005),而阳性产物呈连续线状的微血管总数比非IVH组少(P< 005)。这表明IVH 组中三种细胞外基质成分比IVH 组少,这也是早产儿室管膜下和脉络丛微血管未成熟的特征,是易患IVH 早产儿的形态学基础之一
Extracellular matrix components Type IV collagen, lam inin and fibronectin are the main components of the microvascular basement membrane. 10 premature infants died of IVH and 10 premature infants died of non-intraventricular hemorrhage. Two samples of lateral ventricle wall and choroid plexus were taken from each patient. Anti-type IV collagen, lam inin and fibronectin antibody labeling. The positive products of antibodies around the lateral ventricles mostly discontinuous linear. In the IVH group, the average unit area of the positive products of the three extracellular matrix components was smaller than that of the non-IVH group (P <001); the total number of microvascular subsets of the three extracellular matrix components in the IVH group was discontinuous IVH group was more (P <0 05), while the positive products were continuous linear microvessels less than non-IVH group (P <0 05). This indicates that the three extracellular matrix components in the IVH group are fewer than in the IVH group, which is also characteristic of immature subependyme and choroid plexus capillaries in preterm infants and is one of the morphological bases for preterm infants susceptible to IVH
