在这个知识爆炸的时代,媒体已成为当今社会最有利的义务监督员和法庭陪审员,直接参与到司法实践中,带来或正面或负面的影响。本文从审视我国的舆论监督的现状出发,从我国现有的法律规定中探究舆论监督权的运用范围以及程度,找出舆论监督权在运用时遇到的困难,并从中获得一些启示,从而推动我国的舆论监督制度的发展。
In this era of knowledge explosion, the media has become the most favorable duty supervisor and juror in the society today, and its direct participation in judicial practice has brought either a positive or a negative impact. Based on the review of the current situation of public opinion supervision in our country, this article explores the scope and degree of the application of the public opinion supervision power from the existing legal provisions in our country, finds the difficulties encountered in the application of the public opinion supervision power, and obtains some enlightenment from it to promote The Development of China’s Public Opinion Supervision System.
