本文通过对平原及移居高原(3900m)不同时期四组实验家兔的骨髓小动脉的形态计量研究发现,高原实验组家兔骨髓小动脉体积密度,长度密度及面积密度,均明显高于平原对照组,有显著意义(P<0.01)。高原实验第一、八周组实验家兔骨髓小动脉腔的体积密度明显低于平原对照组(P<0.01)。提示在高原缺氧的环境下,实验组家兔骨髓小动脉体积增大,小动脉外形迂曲不均,长度增加,管壁增厚尤以小动脉中膜平滑肌增生显著,并有纤维化的趋势。上述研究结果,在国内外文献中还未见类似的报导。
In this paper, morphometric studies on bone marrow arterioles of four experimental rabbits in different periods of plain and plateau (3900 m) found that the bulk density, length density and area density of rabbit bone marrow arterioles in experimental group were significantly higher than those in plain control Group, significant (P <0.01). In the first and eighth weeks of the plateau experiment, the bulk density of rabbit arterial bone marrow cavity was significantly lower than that of the plain control group (P <0.01). It is suggested that under the hypoxia environment in the plateau, the volume of bone marrow arterioles in experimental group increased, the shape of arterioles became tortuous, the length increased, and the wall thickening, especially the proliferation of SMMCs, was prominent and there was a trend of fibrosis . The above findings have not been reported in domestic and foreign literature.
