针对工程实际中水工耐磨蚀修补材料存在的问题,本文选用水泥基材料作为水工耐磨蚀修补材料。通过分析水工耐磨蚀修补混凝土被冲磨破坏的机理并引用高强混凝土(HSC)和高性能混凝土(HPC)的有关成果和结论,本文提出了改善水工耐磨蚀修补混凝土修补性能的技术途径,并以此为依据进行了实验研究,最终研制了一种水工高性能耐磨蚀修补材料。
Aiming at the existing problems of hydraulic erosion-resistant repair materials in engineering practice, this paper selects cement-based materials as the hydraulic erosion-resistant repair materials. By analyzing the mechanism of hydraulic erosion-resistant concrete repairing by abrasion and referring to the relevant achievements and conclusions of high-strength concrete (HSC) and high-performance concrete (HPC), this paper presents the technology to improve the repairing performance of hydraulic abrasion- Way, and based on this experimental study, and ultimately developed a hydraulic high-performance abrasion repair materials.
