治理公路上车辆的超载超限行为,最明显的好处有两条:一是切实保障行车安全,减少由于超载超限造成的恶性交通事故,二是有效保护公路,延长公路的合理使用寿命.避免因超载超限对公路造成的严重破坏。以这两条来衡量国家七部委的联手治理行动,无疑是非常成功的。但“治标”成果显著,却让人们在心里产生了不小的疑问--如此大规模的治理能够坚持多久呢?集中治理之后是不是会有“反弹”呢?而更大的悬念则是这种集中下“猛药”的“治标”之策,到底能不能做到真正的“治本”?
