目的了解2016年北京市西城区食源性疾病监测感染性腹泻病例分离的26株副溶血性弧菌血清型分布、耐药性以及分子分型特征。方法菌株采用血清凝集试验进行血清分型;革兰阴性需氧菌药敏检测板进行药敏试验;用限制性内切酶Sfi I酶切,进行脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)分型。结果 26株菌分属于6个血清型,O3∶K6为优势血清型,其次为O4∶K8血清型;药敏结果显示,所有分离株对头孢唑啉100%耐药,对其他11种抗生素高度敏感,有1株分离菌株同时耐受3种抗菌药物。PFGE显示,26株副溶血性弧菌共得到14种PFGE带型,聚类分析可分为6个群,带型相似度63.4%~100%,优势血清型O3∶K6主要集中于E群,O4∶K8血清型主要集中于C群。结论西城区腹泻病例副溶血弧菌分离株以O3∶K6血清型为主;副溶血弧菌对多数抗生素均具有较高敏感性;PFGE基因图谱具有明显的优势图谱,并且与血清分型具有一致性。
Objective To investigate the serotype distribution, drug resistance and molecular typing of 26 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from food-borne diseases surveillance in Beijing Xicheng District in 2016. Methods The strains were serotyped by serum agglutination test. The susceptibility test of Gram-negative aerobic bacterial susceptibility test plate was carried out. Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) typing was performed with Sfi I restriction endonuclease digestion. Results 26 strains belonged to 6 serotypes, O3: K6 was predominant serotypes, followed by O4: K8 serotypes. The results of drug susceptibility test showed that all the isolates were 100% resistant to cefazolin and the other 11 antibiotics Sensitive, there is an isolates resistant to three kinds of antibacterial drugs at the same time. PFGE showed that 26 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus obtained a total of 14 PFGE bands. The clustering analysis could be divided into 6 groups with similar bands of 63.4% -100%. The predominant serotypes O3: K6 mainly concentrated in group E, O4: K8 serotypes are mainly concentrated in C group. Conclusion The isolates of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Xicheng District are mainly O3: K6 serotypes. Vibrio parahaemolyticus is highly sensitive to most antibiotics. The PFGE gene map has obvious dominant map and is consistent with the serotyping Sex.
