小麦完成后熟后容重自然下降幅度的初探

自小麦按国标计价,执行容重定等以来,我们在几年的工作实践中觉察到:刚收获的小麦储存几个月后,再进行容重测定会比原收购时容重低。这段时间正是小麦后熟期阶段,是否因后熟期生理变化的影响而致使容重下降呢?就这一疑意,我们在去年对新收获的小麦进行了试验,试验结果证明;小麦经过后熟期后容重自然下降幅度为10—14克/升。 Since the price of wheat according to the national standard, the implementation of weight determination since the implementation of several years of work we have found that: just after harvest wheat storage for several months, then the determination of bulk density will be lower than the original purchase weight.
