1概述全球定位系统GPS(Global Positioning System),遥感技术RS(Remote Sensing)和地理信息系统GIS(Geographic Information System)技术,三合一简称“3S”技术,随着科学技术的高速发展,在水土保持工作中得到充分利用。3S技术将空间技术、传感器技术、卫星定位与导航技术和计算机技术、通讯技术相结合,实现了对各空间、环境信息进行快速采集、处理、管理、分析、表达与更新,广泛应用于水利、资源、环境等领域。
