集中配液过程中微粒污染的控制实践

目的观察医院集中配液中微粒污染控制措施的效果。方法通过环境空气和表面净度及质量的标准化管控措施,对静脉药物配置中心微粒控制8项指标进行监测。结果该医院配液中心2011-2013年环境温度、相对湿度、换气次数、静压差、照度、噪声、悬浮粒子污数、沉降菌等8项指标全部合格。结论医院集中配液中心微粒控制主要采用空气和表面洁净度控制即可以杜绝微粒污染。 Objective To observe the effect of the control measures of particle pollution in the concentrated liquid in the hospital. Methods Eight indexes of intravenous drug distribution center particle control were monitored by standardized control measures of ambient air and surface cleanliness and quality. Results The hospital from 2004 to 2013, the center of the environment temperature, relative humidity, ventilation frequency, static pressure, illumination, noise, the number of suspended particles, sedimentation bacteria and other eight indicators all qualified. Conclusion The centralized control center of the dosing center in the hospital mainly uses the control of air and surface cleanliness to eliminate the particulate pollution.
