Appropriate incentives conducive to improving the production efficiency of enterprises. In this paper, the incentive problems in human resource management are discussed, the role of incentive in human resources management of enterprises and the six principles to be paid attention to in the process of human resource management are analyzed, and the countermeasures to construct effective incentive mechanism are put forward.
