激励是调动员工积极性、主动性的重要手段之一。适当的激励有利于提高企业的生产效率。本文对人力资源管理中的激励问题进行探讨,分析激励在企业人力资源管理中的作用及激励过程中须注意的六大原则,据此提出构建有效的激励机制所采取的对策。
Incentives are one of the important means to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of employees. Appropriate incentives conducive to improving the production efficiency of enterprises. In this paper, the incentive problems in human resource management are discussed, the role of incentive in human resources management of enterprises and the six principles to be paid attention to in the process of human resource management are analyzed, and the countermeasures to construct effective incentive mechanism are put forward.
