本文从转变执行理念入手,以利用社会资源为视角,分析建立执行联络制度的必要性、可行性,论述充分发挥执行联络员宣传、举报职能对完成从职权主义到当事人主义转变的长远意义,从而为确立执行联络员制度提供参考。
