浙江省中小企业的发展优势在全国较为突出,其工业总产值、销售收入、税金和利润等主要经济指标连续7年位居全国前列。但目前浙江省大多数中小企业面临管理相对落后、技术力量薄弱、资金相对不足等发展瓶颈,其中,资本结构缺陷与融资难成为困扰着中小企业发展的一个较为突出的问题。笔者在此对这一问题进行简要分析,并提出应对策略,以期为中小企业的健康发展提供一些借鉴和启示。一、浙江省中小企业的资本结构构成 The development advantages of small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang province are prominent in the whole country.
