本文以安徽省合肥市为例,在实证调查基础上,对当前员工技能培训的现状进行描述与分析,并针对存在的问题提出相应的对策建议。
This paper takes Hefei City, Anhui Province as an example, on the basis of empirical investigation, describes and analyzes the current situation of employee skill training, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems.
