开发基于农作物秸秆的复合材料是提高农副产品附加值,变废为宝,节约资源,保护环境的重要途径。将稻草丝片化有利于消除稻草内部的缺陷,增强复合材料的强度。采用热压方法制备了淀粉/稻草上段丝片复合材料,研究了淀粉用量、热压温度、热压时间对复合材料拉伸性能的影响。淀粉用量为40%,热压温度为130℃,热压时间为10min,复合材料的拉伸强度可达到3.51MPa,明显高于淀粉/短切稻草复合材料的拉伸强度。
The development of composites based on crop stalks is an important way to increase the added value of agricultural and sideline products, turn waste into treasure, conserve resources and protect the environment. Filamentization of straw helps to eliminate the defects inside the straw and enhance the strength of the composite. The starch / straw upper segment composite was prepared by hot pressing method. The effect of starch dosage, hot pressing temperature and hot pressing time on the tensile properties of the composite was studied. Starch content of 40%, hot pressing temperature of 130 ℃, hot pressing time of 10min, the tensile strength of the composites can reach 3.51MPa, significantly higher than the tensile strength of starch / chopped straw composites.
