目的研究干扰素λ(IFN-λ)作用于人宫颈上皮细胞的抗HSV-2作用及相关免疫调节功能。方法运用永生化人正常宫颈细胞End1/E6E7,建立HSV-2感染细胞模型,并以此为研究对象,探讨IFN-λ抗HSV-2作用机制。结果人宫颈细胞具有IFN-λ受体复合物IL-28Rα/IL-10Rβ。IFN-λ通过与其受体复合物IL-28Rα/IL-10Rβ结合,发挥抗病毒及免疫调节功能,并能够增加TLR3、7、8的表达量,同时诱导IFN-β表达。结论 IFN-λ在生殖道抗HSV-2感染天然免疫系统中发挥着重要作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-HSV-2 effect and related immunoregulatory function of interferon-λ (IFN-λ) on human cervical epithelial cells. Methods The immortalized human normal cervical cell line End1 / E6E7 was used to establish HSV-2 infected cell model. The mechanism of IFN-λ anti-HSV-2 was explored. Results Human cervical cells have the IFN-λ receptor complex IL-28Rα / IL-10Rβ. IFN-λ exerts antiviral and immunomodulatory functions by binding to its receptor complex IL-28Rα / IL-10Rβ, and can increase the expression of TLR3,7,8 and IFN-β at the same time. Conclusion IFN-λ plays an important role in the natural immune system against genital HSV-2 infection.
