通过配置600MPa级钢筋部分预应力混凝土梁受弯试验,分析了试验梁的变形性能及其影响因素,探讨了不同阶段试验梁的短期刚度和挠度的计算。试验结果表明:配置600MPa级钢筋部分预应力混凝土梁变形性能良好,尤其在高强钢筋屈服后,构件仍具有较好的变形能力。同时,本文建议构件开裂前后的短期刚度宜分别按照现行《公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范》和《混凝土结构设计规范》的规定计算,挠度计算值与实测值吻合较好。
By configuring the bending test of 600MPa reinforced partially prestressed concrete beams, the deformation performance of the test beam and its influencing factors are analyzed. The calculation of short-term stiffness and deflection of the test beams at different stages is discussed. The test results show that the deformation performance of 600MPa reinforced prestressed concrete beams is good, especially after the high-strength reinforcing steel bars yield, the components still have good deformability. At the same time, this paper suggests that the short-term stiffness before and after cracking of components should be calculated according to the provisions of Code for Design of Bridges and Culverts of Highway Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Concrete and Code for Design of Concrete Structures, respectively. The calculated values of deflection agree well with the measured values.
