教师专业化目前以成为新世纪各国教师队伍建设的逻辑起点。因而,成人教育教师专业化也势在必行,成人教育教师专业化的核心内容主要包含专业知能和专业服务精神即教师专业道德两大方面。笔者认为:成人教育教师职业道德发展是教师职业最本质的体现,是教师专业化发展的动力和灵魂。
Teacher professionalization is now the logical starting point for building a contingent of teachers in various countries in the new century. Therefore, the professionalization of adult education teachers is also imperative. The core content of adult education teachers ’specialization mainly includes two aspects: professional knowledge and professional service spirit, namely teachers’ professional ethics. The author thinks that the development of the professional ethics of adult education teachers is the most essential manifestation of the teachers’ occupation and the driving force and soul of the teacher’s professional development.
