为提高原发性肝癌的检出率，我们对已确诊的59例原发性肝癌病例采用甲胎蛋白（AFP）、α－抗胰蛋白酶（AAT）及r－－谷氨酰转肽酶（r－GT）三项血清联合检测与单项检测对比，结果表明：原发性肝癌患者单项检测阳性率AFP为79．7％、AAT66．1％r－GT47．4％，而三项联合检测阳性率为96．6％。60例健康成人对照三项检测均为阴性。
To increase the detection rate of primary liver cancer, we used alpha fetoprotein (AFP), alpha-antitrypsin (AAT), and r-glutamyl transpeptidase in 59 cases of primary liver cancer. r-GT) Three serum combined tests were compared with single tests. The results showed that the positive rate of AFP in single liver cancer patients was 79.7%, AAT 66.1% r-GT 47.4%, and the three combined tests were positive. The rate is 96.6%. Six of 60 healthy adult controls were negative.
