本文针对现今高校档案电子信息资源的多样性,首先分析了其来源与环境,然后针对性的提出了合理收集利用的解决方案,最后就如何应对现今高校档案电子信息资源的多样性提出了几点对策。第一,加强自身学习,努力掌握电子信息技能;第二,健全电子文件归档和管理制度;第三,积极主动联系学校各相关部门,协调数据库连接的各种可能性和有效性。
