针对风险投资商与风险企业的双边匹配问题,给出了一种决策分析方法。为了解决该问题,首先给出了风险投资商与风险企业双方互评的匹配评价指标体系;然后在此基础上,分别考虑了风险投资商与风险企业的期望水平要求和实际水平,给出了基于公理设计的匹配决策分析方法;依据得到的匹配决策分析结果,构建了关于风险投资商与风险企业双边匹配的多目标优化模型,使用隶属度函数的加权和方法将多目标优化模型转化为单目标模型并进行求解来得到匹配结果。实例计算表明,本文给出的方法具有可行性和实用性。
Aiming at the bilateral matching between venture capitalists and venture firms, a decision analysis method is given. In order to solve this problem, firstly, a matching evaluation index system of mutual evaluation between venture capitalists and venture firms is given. Based on this, the expectation level and actual level of venture capitalists and venture firms are respectively considered, Based on the results of matching decision analysis, a multi-objective optimization model of bilateral matching between venture capitalists and venture firms is constructed. The multi-objective optimization model is transformed into a single Target model and solve it to get the matching result. The example calculation shows that the method presented in this paper is feasible and practical.
