目的探究胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白7(IGFBP-7)在卵巢癌组织中的表达及意义。方法随机抽取本院2011-11-01-2015-10-31收治的卵巢癌患者30例作为本次研究的观察组,并选取同期本院收集的正常卵巢组织标本30例作为对照组,然后对比分析两组卵巢组织中IGFBP-7的表达情况。结果研究结果显示,观察组患者卵巢组织中IGFBP-7的阳性表达率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),并且在观察组中随着肿瘤的恶性程度的增加,IGFBP-7的表达也随之增加。结论研究表明,卵巢组组织中IGFBP-7的表达情况,与卵巢癌的发生发展有一定的关系,本次研究发现,其表达与卵巢癌的进展呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of insulin-like growth factor binding protein 7 (IGFBP-7) in ovarian cancer. Methods Thirty patients with ovarian cancer who were admitted to our hospital from 2011-11-01-2015-10-31 were randomly selected as the observation group and 30 normal ovarian tissue samples collected in our hospital were selected as control group. The expression of IGFBP-7 in two groups of ovarian tissue was analyzed. Results The results showed that the positive rate of IGFBP-7 in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05), and the expression of IGFBP-7 also increased with the increase of malignancy in observation group Increase. Conclusion The study shows that the expression of IGFBP-7 in ovarian tissue has a certain relationship with the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer. This study found that the expression of IGFBP-7 is positively correlated with the progression of ovarian cancer.
