混合制冷技术在油田伴生气处理工艺的应用研究

尕斯联合站伴生气处理装置混合制冷技术在油田伴生气处理上打破国内常规制冷剂浅冷、透平膨胀机深冷的制冷工艺,采用闭式混合冷剂制冷,混合冷剂制冷+二次脱烃塔深度脱烃技术,该技术虽在LNG应用已经较为广泛,但是在国内油田伴生气制冷及脱烃工艺中尚属首例。本文通过介绍该套混合制冷装置工艺的流程简述和相对原膨胀机制冷方面的优势,并简述是运行中混合制冷调试方法,对后期同类伴生气处理装置建设及运行有很强的参考性,本次油田伴生气处理中新工艺的探索成功,代表了国内油田伴生气处理的新方向。 Gas combined station associated gas treatment plant hybrid refrigeration technology in the field associated gas treatment to break the domestic conventional light-cold, turbo-expander cryogenic refrigeration technology, the use of closed mixed refrigerant cooling, mixed refrigerant cooling + secondary Although the technology has been widely used in LNG, it is the first case in the associated gas refrigeration and de-hydrocarboning technology in domestic oilfields.
