The paper studies the nature and quantity of land for high-rise residential buildings, large residential buildings and long-width residential buildings, and puts forward the composition of land for residential use. The high floor area ratio and low density of high-rise and large-scale dwellings are discussed. Summarizes the technical policies and technical measures to save the living space.
