本文用实验的方法研究了一年生植物麻杆板材的吸湿性规律,获得了一组重要曲线,为解释这些曲线又探讨了它的吸湿机理,由于植物纤维和矿物纤维不同,发现它有细胞腔,细胞壁,是亲水材料,在外界大气环境改变时板材的吸湿(或放湿)是不可避免的。又因板材的上下表面和边缘的吸湿量不同,内应力分布不匀,导致板材的尺寸变化和翘曲变形,影响其应用范围和使用寿命。为解决此问题,本文建议:在板材生产中“防湿处理”应是不可缺少的工序之一,最后还提出了一个具有实用价值的“防湿处理”方案供参改。
In this paper, the hygroscopicity law of the annual plant stems was studied experimentally and an important set of curves was obtained. In order to explain these curves, the mechanism of moisture absorption was also discussed. Since the plant fibers and mineral fibers were different, they were found to have cell cavities. The cell wall is a hydrophilic material, and moisture absorption (or moisture release) of the plate is inevitable when the outside atmosphere changes. Because of the different moisture absorption amounts of the upper and lower surfaces and edges of the plate, the internal stress distribution is uneven, resulting in dimensional changes and warpage of the plate, affecting its application range and service life. In order to solve this problem, this paper suggests that: “Wet-proof processing” should be one of the indispensable processes in the production of sheet metal. Finally, a “moisture-preventing treatment” scheme with practical value is proposed for reference.
