目的调查手术室低年资护理人员心理健康状况,探讨消除其不良心理状态的对策。方法两家医院2017年3月纳入的30名手术室低年资护理人员设为研究组,同期纳入15名非低年资护理人员设为对照组。采用SCL-90症状自评量表测评两组心理健康状况。结果研究组在人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧因子的得分分别为(1.3±0.4)、(1.5±0.3)、(1.8±0.4)、(1.4±0.3),均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室低年资护理人员存在不同程度的人际关系问题,主要为抑郁和悲观、焦虑和烦躁、恐惧和紧张的心理,需采取有效对策消除其不良心理,以便能适应并胜任手术室护理工作。
Objective To investigate the mental health status of nurses with low seniority in operation room and to explore the countermeasures to eliminate their bad psychological state. Methods 30 operating room low-age nursing staff included in March 2017 in both hospitals were set as the study group. During the same period, 15 non-senior nursing staff were included as the control group. The SCL-90 Symptom Checklist was used to evaluate the mental health of the two groups. Results The scores of interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and fear factor in the study group were (1.3 ± 0.4), (1.5 ± 0.3), (1.8 ± 0.4) and (1.4 ± 0.3) There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion There are different degrees of interpersonal problems in operating room staff with lower seniority, mainly depression and pessimism, anxiety and irritability, fear and nervousness, and effective measures should be taken to eliminate their bad mentality in order to be able to adapt to and be competent in operating room nursing .
