论述了高温高盐油藏化学堵水技术的实验室研究和初期现场试验情况。该技术采用一种新型凝胶型堵剂 ,主剂为改性阳离子聚丙烯酰胺 (CPAM) ,交联剂为分子中含有杂环的有机胺。实验室研究表明 ,在最高温度14 0℃、最高矿化度 35× 10 4mg/L的特殊条件下 ,堵剂成胶固化时间为 6~ 2 4h ,并在此范围内可调 ,封堵强度达耐压2 0MPa以上 ,基本满足中原油田高温高盐油藏化学堵水的要求。该技术在初期现场试验中获得成功 ,效果较好。
The laboratory research and initial field experiment of chemical plugging technology in high temperature and high salt reservoirs are discussed. The technology uses a new type of gel-type plugging agent, the main agent is a modified cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM), the crosslinking agent is a heterocyclic organic amine in the molecule. Laboratory studies have shown that under the special conditions of the maximum temperature of 140 ℃ and the maximum salinity of 35 × 10 4 mg / L, the gel curing time of the plugging agent is 6 ~ 24 h, adjustable within this range. The sealing strength Up to 200MPa above pressure, basically meet the Zhongyuan oil field high temperature and high salt reservoir chemical water shutoff requirements. This technique has been successful in initial field trials and works well.
