目的:观察虫类药物(全蝎、壁虎、蜈蚣)治疗原发性肝癌的临床疗效及对VEGF蛋白表达的影响.方法:将40例中晚期胃癌患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,治疗组口服虫类药(全蝎69,壁虎59,蜈蚣59)水煎剂;对照组采用针对肝郁脾虚证的中药处方,每日1剂,连服14天.观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、生活质量评分及VEGF表达的变化.结果:治疗组治疗后中医证候积分明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).特别是在腹痛、腹胀等症状改善疗效显著(P＜0.05).治疗组治疗后卡氏评分明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗组VEGF蛋白表达明显低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:虫类药物(全蝎、壁虎、蜈蚣)能明显改善原发性肝癌患者中医证候和生活质量,降低VEGF蛋白表达.“,”Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and influence on the expression of VEGF protein in the treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with insects (scorpion,gecko and centipede).Methods:40 cases of advanced gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,each group had 20 cases,the treatment group orally took insect drugs (scorpion 6g,gecko 5g,centipede 5g) decoction;the controlled group for liver stagnation of the traditional Chinese medicine prescription,daily 1,even for 14 days.The changes of TCM syndrome score,quality of life score and VEGF expression were observed before and after treatment.Results:The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).Especially in the abdominal pain,abdominal distension and other symptoms to improve the efficacy of significant (P ＜ 0.05).The expression of VEGF protein in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Insects (scorpion,gecko,centipede) can significantly improve the TCM syndrome and quality of life of patients with primary liver cancer and reduce the expression of VEGF protein.
