通过在磷尾矿充填料浆中添加CaCl_2、PAC、PAM 3种固化剂,分别研究这3种固化剂对充填料浆泌水中SO_4~(2-)和F-含量的影响。结果表明:CaCl_2对SO_4~(2-)固化效果较好,添加4%可使料浆泌水中SO_4~(2-)降到615mg/L,但对F-去除不理想;PAC对F-固化效果较好,添加0.6%时可以将泌水中F-降到3.8mg/L;0.4%的PAC与4%的CaCl_2联用效果较佳,泌水中SO_4~(2-)降到250mg/L以下,F-降到1.0mg/L以下,达到了国家地下水质量的Ⅲ类标准。
The effects of these three curing agents on SO_4 ~ (2-) and F-contents in the effluent of filling slurry were studied respectively by adding CaCl_2, PAC and PAM into the slurry. The results showed that CaCl 2 had a good effect on the solidification of SO 4 2-, and the addition of 4% could reduce SO 4 2- in feedstock effluent to 615 mg / L, but the F- removal was not ideal. The effect was better, when adding 0.6%, the F- in bleeding water could be reduced to 3.8mg / L; 0.4% PAC combined with 4% CaCl 2 had a better effect, SO_4 ~ (2-) in bleeding water decreased below 250mg / L , F- down to 1.0mg / L below, reached the national groundwater quality standards III.
