1.选择相对隔离区高赖氨酸玉米是由隐性单基因控制的,其生理生化作用仅在子粒胚乳部分表达,只有在纯合状态时才能表现高赖氨酸遗传效应。若接受普通玉米花粉,则由胚乳直感致使当代子粒赖氨酸含量与普通玉米相同。因此,生产上种植高耢氨酸玉米品种需同普通玉米保持200米以上的隔离(不同高赖氨酸玉米品种之间无需隔离)。
