男,3岁。母发现其右眼内角长出白色隆起物,次日晨略增大,浮于内眦,遂来我院就诊。 患儿除有蛔虫史外,无其它特殊。查体无异常。 眼部检查:右眼下泪小点内塞有灰白色条状物,外露2.5mm,头形尖,稍可摆动。泪小点位置正常,但略呈扩张状态,无明显红肿现象;眼外其它结构正常。 治疗经过:先用小棉签揩抹,不易松动,改用小镊子将白色物头部夹住,缓缓拉出一条长10mm,直径2.5mm虫体,取出后尚能移动,经鉴定为人体
