评价在教学中占有重要的地位,传统的评价更关注学生的知识掌握程度甚至只是成绩,不能顾及学生的个性差异,学生也只关注自己的成绩,无法正确认识自己,不利于培养学生的自信心,不利于提升教学效果。力图在课堂评价和阶段性评价中,找到合适、相对公平的评价方法,开展积极有效的教学评价,帮助每个学生在原有的基础上有所进步。 The evaluation plays an important role in teaching. The traditional evaluation is more concerned with the students ’knowledge level and even grades. They can not take into account the individual differences of students. Students only focus on their own achievements, fail to understand themselves correctly and not conducive to cultivating students’ self-confidence , Is not conducive to improving teaching effectiveness. Trying to find a suitable and relatively fair evaluation method in classroom evaluation and phased evaluation, and conducting active and effective teaching evaluation to help each student to make improvements on the basis of the original.
